Since Robin's Nest is run by an all volunteer
board here in the states, it is very hard to get newsletters out more than
quarterly and sometimes we even fall behind in that. We now have a way to
update you more often by email as to when the web site changes or there are
prayer requests or updates on the "Nest." If you would like to be part of
this, it does save us money and time, please email Paula at
salem@alliancecom.net and she will add your name to our email list.

SPONSOR A CHILD
FROM THE "NEST"
In 2006, we began a new program, “Sponsor a child.” We are so
grateful to the many of you who have faithfully given to this
program which helps us to provide board and room for our children.
For only 50 cents a day or $15 a month, you can help the children of
Robin’s Nest. If you desire to be a part of this program or want
more information, please fill in the area concerning it on the gift
form (click
here for the gifting form). You are free to choose any of the
children listed on the
Children's Page. We are so grateful to have Cindy Anderson now
handling the sponsor a child program, so please contact her at
canderson12@marykay.com.
Please note: We would like to do this program primarily by e-mail
and automatic deduction. However, if you are unable to do this,
please do not hesitate to sign up.

ATTENTION TEAMS
INTERESTED IN SERVING
Please
follow this procedure when inquiring about serving at the
Nest:
- Contact
Kris Killian @
k.killian@att.net
She will forward a trip packet to you for your response.
- Kris
will inform Kim Ellenbecker, US Trip Director, of your
interest, and Kim will contact you to discuss if your dates
of interest are open on the team calendar.
- As
described in the trip packet, a “per person” deposit is
necessary to hold your space on the team calendar; team
calendar dates are first come first serve, so getting
deposits in ASAP is necessary to guarantee your team’s
service dates. All deposits and final payments
should be mailed to Kim's address in Stillwater as specified
in the trip packet.
-
Confirm/book airfare and/or lodging with Kim or through
alternative means.
